Uber, a prominent ride-share company, has seen its fair share of crisis and controversy over the years. In hopes of better preparing the company to properly handle any crises that arise, our team outlined a plan to understand the company’s primary public and how to effectively communicate with these groups. With this knowledge, a company like Uber will be able to proactively defuse a crisis with little residual effects resulting in positive brand recognition.

This asset was intended to be placed within a purchased shipment to show customer appreciation and offer a future discount. After tracking analytics from the specialized code, return customers increased by 15% within six months of the campaign.

Chivas Regal, a premium blended scotch company, is looking to reach a new demographic of hustlers, party-goers and thrill seekers. Within this campaign, Chivas wants to exude a luxurious vintage vibe while connecting with Gen Z and Millennials.
