At least five times a week, I am in the gym at 8 am, after dropping my son off at school. I enjoy pushing my mind and body to their limits while completing curated workouts from my personal trainer. These workouts are not solely for physical improvement but also for mental improvement. I know after completing my session that I am capable of anything. Each task or obstacle thrown at me throughout the day, I maneuver to complete efficiently. With every rep I gain confidence; with every completed set, I know I am getting stronger and better for tomorrow.
